Positive psychology toolkit for children, helping parents turn into counsellors.
One Mindful Mind is my college thesis that was further developed and published at TBWA India for Neurogen Brain and Spine Institute, Mumbai. It won 18 international awards including two Lions at The Cannes Lions, International Festival for Creativity 2019. Read the story here.
One Mindful Mind is an interactive print tool kit that fosters positive psychology among children, by helping parents turn into counsellors. It equips children to take charge of their own well being and encourages light-hearted yet, crucially significant discussions between the parent and child. This helps children grow into resilient and well-adjusted adults.

Scripted, visualised, art directed and assisted with the production of the case film. Collaborated with Mothership Studio, Mumbai for film production.

Modular Design: I wanted to give children the creative freedom to manoeuvre
through the kit and pick any tool that appeals to them, in no particular order.
A set of 12 cards with fundamental feelings that help children understand their emotions better. It is a great storytelling tool making learning fun. These cards also contains activities that act as coping mechanisms.

This workbook contains all kinds of fun problem-solving and roleplay activities on topics like self-esteem, anger management, empathy, co-operation, compromise etc. I used vibrant colors, materials and textures to appeal to a child's field of vision.

The Thought Cards
These cards are an escape into art therapy and self-reflection. The child can color a picture, scribble a thought, enclose them into vibrant envelopes and share them with loved ones. They also make lovely keepsakes and may be used as bookmarks.
The Parental Guide is a useful directory and a reckoner for your child's mental health.
The Mood Journal promotes emotional fluency and keeps a daily record of the child's feelings. It contains some mood wheels where the child can color in the most dominant feeling. Each wheel is a representation of the child's moods across a month.
